A maintenance request is a repair needed for a common-area asset — something owned and maintained by the Association rather than by an individual unit owner.
Submit maintenance requests to the property manager's portal.
Who do I contact regarding concerns about the rules and regulations?
The community's official Declarations are posted on this website. If you have questions about how a rule applies, please contact our property manager who will assist you or refer your question to the Board.
Where can I find our annual budget and financial information?
Budget and expense documents are posted on this website under Community Documents, organized by year. They are also available through the Homeowner Portal on the property management's site.
Responsibility for the carport electrical outlets is currently under review. The Board will notify residents once this has been determined.
What do I do with oversized items for disposal?
Items that do not fit in the dumpster must be hauled to the Republic dump by the resident.
Please do not leave items in or around the trash enclosure. Our enclosures are designed to keep wildlife — including bears — out, and anything left behind may result in additional hauling charges to the Association and possible fines to the resident.
What is a Condominium
A condominium is a form of ownership in which each owner holds title to their individual unit and, together with all other owners, shares ownership of the common elements — such as the streets, green spaces, and other shared areas.
Which repairs are mine, and which are the Association's?
As a general rule, owners are responsible for the interior of their unit, while the Association maintains the common elements shared by all owners. The exact division is defined in our Declarations, which govern in any specific case.
If you are not sure which category an item falls into, submit a maintenance request to the property management agent and they will help you determine responsibility before any work proceeds.
