INSTRUCTIONS FOR BOARD MEMBERS — DO NOT DELETE THIS BLOCK
HOW TO ADD A NEW POST:
1. Find the hidden marker that says "PASTE NEW POSTS HERE" (it won't be visible on the page, but you'll see it in HTML/source view)
2. Copy the entire TEMPLATE POST below — from the opening article tag to the closing article tag
3. Paste it directly below the PASTE NEW POSTS HERE marker
4. In your pasted copy, DELETE "display: none;" from the article style attribute (this makes the post visible — the template itself stays hidden)
5. Update the date, tag color, tag label, title, body, and signature
6. Save the page
TAG COLOR OPTIONS (replace both the background-color and color values on the tag span):

TO REMOVE AN OLD POST: just delete its entire article block, from opening tag to closing tag.

Community Barbecue — Sunday, September 13th, 2026
Join your neighbors for a casual potluck on the common green, Sunday, September 13th from 4–7 PM. Bring a dish to share if you can. The board will provide burgers and hotdogs.

Reminder
Upgraded Spectrum Internet/Streaming Package now Live
The upgrade includes:
• TV Select Signature Package
• Advanced Community WiFi Gig Internet, Speeds up to 1 Gbps download / 35 Mbps upload.
You can find the updated channel list on the Community Documents page. The new package includes nine streaming apps at no additional cost, which may provide savings for residents who currently subscribe to those services separately.
